What is the purpose of .org.tw domains?
The org.tw is the official sub-domain of the non-profit organizations based in Taiwan. The country code top-level domain of the Republic of China (Taiwan) is .tw which was established in 1989.
Taiwan Network Information Centre (TWNIC) is the official registry and sponsor of .tw. The sub-domain name .org.tw was assigned by the Domain Name Committee. While sponsored by TWNIC, the ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) has not approved the domain .org.tw.
Nevertheless, the .org.tw registration can be done online. The maximum characters for a .org.tw domain name are 63 or less. The domain name should contain only ‘a-z’ characters; ’0-9′ numbers and the ‘-’ (hyphen) character, which should not appear at the beginning or end.

It is the Registry Administrator that prescribes the method for resolving such disputes according to the rules of the Republic of China. The cost is to be compensated by the petitioner or as said by the appropriate authority.
